I am very excited to be offering a variety of classes to students of all ages.

Classes can be at the comfort of your home, public location or classroom setting depending on the class.


Learn Your Camera Class

This is a one on one class to help you understand your camera functions, we will focus on a specific area where you want to improve your photography.

Photography class: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

This class is designed to be a four part lesson over the span of four weeks. This is great for homeschool students looking to expand their creative side. Classes can be held at Homestead Coworking space classroom downtown.



Senior's Group Photography class

This one day 3 hour workshop is designed for Senior homes who want to create a fun activity for their resisdence.  We will discuss taking photos on your cellphone, ipad or point and shoot camera. We will focus on how to take the best photos of yiur grandkids and family members as well as, how to back up and store your photos.



Travel photography weekend workshop

This course is offered through Burwell School of Photography and is offered only twice a year, Novemeber and March. 

Students leave this travel photography class with an insight to all the details to consider when photographing on vacation (or otherwise). You don’t have to have a DSLR for this class. Point and shoot photographers will learn valuable lessons and tips as well.

  • Safety on the road

  • How to back up and store files

  • How to compose better images

  • Photographing people on the street

  • Learning about “good light” and how to find it

  • Location scouting and planning ahead

  • How to create a series of images to tell a story

  • What to do with your images when you get home

Street Photography Class

This course is offered through Burwell School of Photography and is offered only once a year in June. 

In this class we will discuss what street photography is and the best way to capture it. We will spend one day in the classroom learning about street photography and the next day meeting at a local event to practice what we have learned. This is a great hands on and fun program!
